DT card for Kelley Kid's 'Hot Summer-bright colours'

And another Wednesday arrives, which means another challenge over at Kelley Kid's Challenge blog, and the theme this week is 'Hot Summer - Bright colours'.  We have been lucky enough to be sponsored this week by

So I had 2 cards to make this week, both with amazing images, so I hope you like them.

I have used K& company design papers for this card called Hopscotch and layered them onto orange card and the Large nesties lace square for the image to sit on.

The image is called 'Adult sun fun' available from the 'Stitchy bear store' She has been coloured with pro markers.

The sentiment I created on my computer and cut out with the smallest scalloped lace square nesties which has then been inked with orange and red.

The papers I have used are from the Dovecraft Wild blossom paper pack. I have used nesties circle dies and a swirl embossing folder.  The flower is a sizzix die, called accordian fold flower set. the swirls are from marianne creatables die cuts.  The image is from Sassy studio designs.

My favourite flower stamp, coloured with pro markers and the swirls are again mariane creatables, buttons from my stash.

Cool baby boy!

Good evening everyone, I hope you all had a good bank holiday.  Tonight's card is another of the amazing digi's drawn by Bonna at Kelley kid's (stitchy bear store) and it has been taken from a photo of my son Theo(now 6) when he was a baby.  I think she has done an amazing job, what about you?

The papers are Pink petticoat digi downloads, and have been backed with blue and a heart boarder punch has been used across the middle

The  digi stamp is called Theo Chilling by kekkey Kid's at the Stitchy bear store and has been coloured with promarkers

The sentiment Icreated on my computer and has been opunched out witha nestie scalloped circle to back it.

DT card for OSAAT 'Collab Halloween' Challenge 77

Well another week has passed and it is once again time for a new challenge at One Stitch at a time.  Our theme this week is Halloween /fall and I have used Reece's scrap pieces for my card today.

So onto my card

I have embossed some oange card with my polka dot embossing folder and layered it onto black, rounding off the corners. I have also embossed a black piece of card and layered it onto purple and used a lace boarder punch.  I have printed the image 4 times, the first layer being cut out into an oblong with the corners rounded, some crossstitch thread wrapped around and layered with black and purple card.

The image is called pumpkin patch, and i have coloured it with pro markers, cut round the pumpkins and decoupaged the layers.

The catcharm is from my stash and has been hung from the purple cross stitch thread.

DT post for Kelley kids 'Sketch'

Another week has gone by and we are onto our 4th challenge here at Kelley kid's challenge, I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am!  This week we have a great sketch for you to work with.

So I have had some animal print papers in my stash since I don't know how long!  And with this beautiful digi stamp I thought it would be the perfect time to use it!  I have no idea where it came from it could have even been from tesco's!  but it is perfect for what I wanted with this card.  I have also used orange card and black paper and a swirls embossing folder to make the sections for this card, plenty of black ink used to distress!

I have used my Xcut circle die and scalloped circle nestie to make a setting for this gorgeous image.  It is called Titi Tiger #5 from The stitchy bear store, she has been coloured with pro markers, cut out and mounted with foam pads for a rasied effect.  I have used orange ink around t he circle and orange liquid pearls around the scallops.

The sentiment I created on my computer and punched out with a circular punch and inked with orange and black and also attatched with foam pads.

DT card for Craft-Room Challenege 'Masking'

Well another 2 weeks are gone and it is once again time for a new challenge this week over at Craft-Room Challenge.  Our theme for the next fortnight is 'Masking' and has been chosen by the lovely Esther.  i would also like to thank everyone who took part in our White on white challenge this past fortnight, your entries were all so inspiring, I wish you all luck and hope you will join us again this challenge.

This card is a simples card!  No DP's just ink and a bit of brown card!

The 3 male stamps are all Greeting farm stamps and have been coloured with pro markers. The images are all from the roll call set, called Jeremy(middle) Dylan(left) and flirty Edward (right).  Jeremy was stamped first and is the image I masked then I stamped the other 2 images next to him to make it look like he was in front.

I have never done masking before, but actually found it extremely easy and the card was made in half the time it would have usually taken me as would have normally stamped all 3 and cut them out and decoupaged them!

I have wrapped cross stitch thread around the white card and used a fimo chocolate star as a charm.

The Cool birthday stamp is from Lili of the valley and the gold pearl gems are from my stash.

I had to make a box for this one as it doesn't fit in an envelope!

Front view.  The blue card has little feet embossed on it, Don't know who makes it or where to get anymore!!  It's about time someone created an embossing folder with little bay feet on it!!  Come on peeps, you can do it!!

the image is called 'Mother and child' and it is from Dezinaworld at the stitchy bear store, and i has been coloured with pro markers and the square lace nesties has been heat embossed around the edge with blue embossing pwder before the ribbon has been thread around it.

The flowers and pearls are from wild orchid crafts and the leaves are my unknown punch!  I have glittered the flowers a little

The sentiment is a stamp and has been stamped onto a Nellie Snellen Multiframe die cut that has been inked around the edge and I have used pearl gems to decorate.

DT card for Gingerloft 'Freebie challenge'

Well the summer is nearly over and it is time for another new challenge at Gingerloft and this fortnight we have a freebie challenge, so there's no excuse for not joinig us!

Here is my card

I went for a simples effect with this card, there are no backing papers at all.

The freebie digi has been cut out with a round Xcut nesty die and inked around the edge then coloured with pro markers

I found the quote about dragon flies on the internet and have cut it out using a Nesties lattice die cut and again inked around the edge.

The dragonfly is part of another gingerloft digi stamp and has been coloured with pro markers then glittered.  I have also added some liquid pearls around the edge of the card and inked around the edge of the card too!

The Poodle Parlour top 3 and a card with one of my new images!

The flowers are my favourite stamp but it is still by an unknown maker sadly! They have agin been coloured in pro markers and the thankyou circular stamp is again by an unknown maker. The buttons are from my stash and the leaves have been punched
