I have been lucky enough to make 2 cards for our creators this week

this is the first card

I have used a K and company paperpack for the backing papers on this card

The image has been cut out using a nestabilities die and inked around the edge with green and brown

 

The image is called Barb the slayer from Barbara Jensen at the Stitchy bear store, she has been coloured with pro markers

The flowers and pearls are from Wild orchid crafts and the leaves have been punched.

I have used a Basic grey paper pad called Indian summer for the backing papers on this card

Side/inside view  Thevfeet are from the bottomof the image(I printed the image out too big for my card and didn't want to waste it)

The image has been cut out using an Xcut circle die.  The image is called 'Her Sexy Withchiness' from Little Diva at the stitchy bear store.  She has been coloured with  pro markers

I have cut out a nesties scalloped circle out of orange card and wrapped black crosstitch thread around it.  I have then punched out orange and black flowers and leaves and created the embellies at the edge of the image .

Birthday boy

Good afternoon  :o) an earlier post today , I have just returned from choosing my son's birthday present. I can't believe he will be 7 next week! where did those 7 years go?  So he now has a new bike with gears and has already been out riding on it :o) 

So onto my card for today.  As it is Theo's brthday soon I thought I would show you one of the cards I have made for a boy's birthday

I have used pink petticoat digi papers for the background, and an Xcut die circle for the stamped image and a nesties scalloped circle for the circle to be backed onto.  I have liquid pearled the scallops.

The stamp is from Lili of the valley called footbal crazy.  I have coloured him with pro markers.

The sentiment is also from Lili of the valley.

Christening card

Good evening all :o) I hope you have all had a good day, it has been quite chilly here will have to put the heater on in a minute! 

So today's card.

I have a craft fair at the weekend, and the last time I went I could have sold 4 christening cards but didn't have any made, I bet this weekend now I have made some nobody will want them!  Oh well that's life! Hee hee.

Simples card, no DP's and nod embossed card. Just the base card and the sentiment stamped onto the card.  The sentiment is from an unknown set of baby stamps, I have coloured the lined part with pro markers.

Side/inside view

The topper was made using a docrafts forever friends stamp and I stamped it onto an Xcut oval then layered that onto a Nellie Snellen multi frame die cut out in pink.  The scallops have been liquid pearled.  The image has been coloured with pro markers

Ooh La la 'sympathy challenge'

Good evening everyone, I hope you have all had a good day.  We are still getting some sunshine here even though it has been a bit windy.

My card for today is a sympathy card.  I hope you like it

This is just a simple card with some swirls embossed on some white card, backed onto black card and a piece of ribbon

This gorgeous image is from Pink petticoat digi downloads.  I have cut it out with an Xcut circle die and layered it onto a spellbinders scalloped circle and liquid pearled the scallops.  I have also added 3 gems into the bottom side.

Today I have made a canvas for you.  I painted the canvas  with white acrylic then added some black while it was wet and faded it into the middle.  I have then sprinkled black ink around the canvas.  I have used black glitter in all 4 corner and 3 types of lace and some gems to create boarders over them

The image is from the unicorn set of 3 and instead of colouring or painting it I have used glitters to create coloour on the image.  Not sure it shows too well in the photo tho!

The flowers and swirls are marianne creatable die cuts taht have been strengthened using ultra thick embossing powdet and heating them, I have used black gems for the centres of the flowers, clear mini gems to decorate the swirls and pearl pins as decoration too.

The sentiment has been stamped onto a spellbinders lable and then heat embossed too.  The sentiment is from an unkown set.

DT card for Craft-Room challenge 'Felines'

I have used Pink petticoat papers that came free with a magazine for the backing inside and out.

I have used a Penny black stamp called 'Uplifting occasion' for this card and coloured with pro markers.

the sentiment I crated on my computer with a font called Cocktail. I have added gems and a ribbon as decoration and cross stitch thread has been wrapped around the main image section.

Kenny K Girls and die cuts

Good evening everyone, here is another one of my canvases.  I hope you like it,  These Kenny K images are so easy to use in a large size as they are so well made :o)

I have used Stampin up papers for the backing on this canvas(painted the canvas white first with acrylic paint.)  I have then inked around the edge in black.

The image is called madskillz and I have coloured her with pro marker, she is nearly an A4 size. I have added gems to her trouser belt

The charm does hange from the thread, although I didn't notice it was tangled until I did this close up in my graffics programme!

The die cuts are all marianne creatables, and I have used 2 pearl pins  and mini gems and a gem brad to embellish.

DT card for Gingerloft 'The colour orange'

Welcome to another great challenge at the Gingerloft for this fortnight.  And this time our challenge is ' the colour orange.  Don't for get you can win 3 digi's from the gingerloft store if you win  so why not join in!

Here is my card

I have used freebie papers from a magazine for the papers here and and xcut border punch for the cross section.  The image has been cut out with a nesties lace square and I have inked it with orange and black then wrapped the ribbon around the lace square and tied it

The image is called 'leaf collage digi' from the gingerloft store

The sentiment I created on my computer, punched it out and inked with orange, brown and black

The metal embellishments flowers and leaves are from my stash, I found them in a local bead store.  I have added gold mini gems to the cnres of the flowers.
