Kenny K Krafty girlz sketch challenge week 15

Where does the time go?  This is the first thing I have managed to make since last Friday!!!  i have had 2 sick boys on antibiotics for a week and just do not seem to have stopped.  Well this morning Jake(my 1 yr old) went to sleep and I stopped to make this!  Hope you like it.

I have used the Kenny K soccer image and coloured with pro markers, stamped footballsonto shrink plastic for the brad effect.

I have used a 1" circle punch for the 3 images on the side layered onto blue paper and cut around with scalloped scissors. Then I stamped the trophy and the football, coloured and cut them out, then layered them with foam pads.
This card is being entered into the http://kennykkraftygirlzchallenges.blogspot.com/ challenge, so wish me luck!.

Note pad project

This was and idea given to me by the greeting farm blog and as I have been doing a lot of easle cards lately it seemed like an easy progression. You just make and decorate the card in exactly the same way, but you use the notepad as the piece that keeps the easle in place. When I finally make room on my desk I will have one of these myself!! Hope you like them, I am just looking for some nice little pens or pencils to attach to them with ribbon and they will be finished(just couldn't wait til then to show you!!lol)

Macho man challenge at Doodle dragon studios

This dragon was one of the freebie images from http://www.dustinpike.blogspot.com/, which I have coloured with pro markers.  I have used some images from the internet as background papers.  This was a very quick card as I have left it to the last minute because my darling 1 year old has decided he no longer needs sleep, so he never lets me get to my craft table!  Any way I hope you like it.  I have entered it into the http://doodledragonstudio.blogspot.com/ Macho, Macho man challenge.

Kenny K challenge week 13 'Bling it on!'

I thought I would try something different for this challenge and I have to say I am pleased with the result.  I have made an Easle Box card, the Drawer under the card actually opens so you can keep things inside.  I used a digital image from http://www.kennykdownloads.com/  from the Gothic Angelz range that I coloured with pro markers, I made the 'bling it on ' logo from gem stones and a gold pen, The red and black swirl paper was hand stamped as I wanted all the red to be the same colour for the backing and layering.  The flowers are mostly paper flowers although there is one material one and the leaves have been hand punched from gold and black paper/card.

This is the base of the easle card that is attached to the box, I have used gem stone links, large red gems and another flower to decorate this section.

This took some organising as I had no template, and the drawer took a couple of attempts as I kept making it too big for the box!  But it was very satisfying to see the finished product and I am well pleased!  Hope you all like it too and I would love to see a comment from any one if you have the time.  :o)

I have also entered this card in the http://aspoonfullofsugarchallenge.blogspot.com/ Challenge 124 Sparkle & shine.

Pretty in Pink Birthday

I will be entering this card into the http://scrap-creations1.blogspot.com/ challenge 'Think pink' and the http://cinspirations.blogspot.com/ challenge 81 'Birthday theme'.  The image is from http://karensdoodles.com/ and has been coloured with pro markers. The papers have been boarder punched, as have the leaves of the flowers.  The centres of the paper flowers are pearl flat backed gems.

My Card for today!

This card has been made using a red hot bed diamond fold card.  Swirl stamp for plain sections stamped in different blues.  Blue card and paper for matting and layering, a cuttlebug swirl embossing folder.  The image is a http://thegreetingfarm.com/ stamp called Surfer Ian.  I have used my compyuter to make the sentiments, which I then punched out with a 1" circular punch.  I then used scalloped scissors to matt and layer the circles with more blue card and paper.  The BIRTHDAY down the side is die cut from a sizzix letter set, and the image has been coloured with pro markers.  I have made a box for this card to go into and decorated with the same papers and embossing folder as the card
