Another weekend is upon us and I have been busy making items for a craft fair I have due in October. Here is another Advent card/calender for you to have a look at and as requested I will put some measurements down for you :o)
1- cut 24 9.5cm x 9.5cm squares. Score 1.5cm in all around and make into a box as you would normally without a lid!
2 - Cut 24 6.5cm x 22cm pieces of card or paper(i found card made it more secure) Score 6.5cm, 8cm, 15cm and 16.5cm and wrap aournd the drawers and secure with glue(do not glue the drawer tho this piece!!)
3 - cut 6 13.5cm x 13.5cm pieces of card and sticke four drawer sections to the first layer, and another 13.5cm piec and add another 4 drawer sections and so on until they are all towered together. decorate the drawers and add brads/pearls as required. Use a 5.5" square card and create an easle card as normal and decorate then add it to the top of the tower.
I hope this is understandable :o) The measurements are taken from a simple 4 drawer easle card I found in Quick cards made easy.
Oh and while I think about it! Stitchy bear store is giving away a freebie called 'Starr' in Stitchy stamps category. you will need to register and add this code a7b8ebc33b. Now hurry the freebie ends on Sunday :o) Trust me, once you have found this site you will find everything you need for your cards for any occasion as they have so many fab creators
The design papers are all from Bearly mine.

Card view. I have used a Nellie Snellen Santa stamp.
The image has been coloured with promarkers and had glitter added.
i have used my new Spellbinders Ironworks die cuts for this card, added gems and glitter as embellies. Punched a circle and stamped a See D's xmas sentiment on it and attatched it to the die cut with foam pads.
another die cut from the same spellbinders set, gems and wild orchid flower.
I will be entering this card into the following challenges
