DT Project for Forever Night Challenges 'Altered'

Welcome to another Team A challenge at Forevenight challenges, we have no official sponsor this week so I have chosen to showcase a fabulous designer called sureya. you can find her here!

I have altered a 99p cork notice board from the works

Here is the finished product!

I have covered the board in black poster paint, then splashed red acrylic paint and silver calligraphy ink on top
The finished article in use!!

This image is called 'Hollow' he has been flipped over to look across the board, He has been coloured with pro markers and cut out then attatched to the board using silicon glue.

This image is called 'Helios' and has been treated in the same way as Hollow!

The sentiment was created on my computer, cut out with a die and then coloured in red, distressed around the edges and heat embossed using 3 layers of ultra thick embossing powder.

The chain and charm are from my stash!!

I really enjoyed making this and hope you like it :o)

I will be entering this project into the following challenges
http://blog.oozak.com/ anything goes

Thanks for stopping by

Hugs

this black board is just awesome, I love how you have splashed the red and the anime looking image is just great. This is one craft project that can be given to a guy, this rarely happens.

Thanks so much for entering your project at Anything goes, Just keep on creating. I hope you will continue to play along :)
