DT card for Craft Room Challenge 'Clean and Simple' 10th January

Well another challenge rolls around at Craft Room Challenge and as you can see by the title our theme this fortnight is 'Clean and simple'  Not my usual type of card as I usually put embellies galore on them!  But here is my card and I hope you like it :o)

No DP's just a spotty embossed piece of card layered on black with a black ribbon wrapped around it.

Side inside view(sentiment inside is Thinkinhg of you')

This gorgeous simple stamp is from Anita's (docrafts) and has been stamped  with black Stazon ink cut out with a guiloteen then layered onto black card.

Mr & Mrs!

And onto post 2!! 

I have used a plain square white card and used a heart border punch down the side then stuck maroon card inside to show behind.  I have layered the backing section onto 3D pads.  I have used a bird ans leaf swirl embossing folder and the same maroon card and heart border punch to createit.

The stamped image is a stmap by Docrafts, which I have stamped twice and decoupaged using foam pads.  I have coloured using pro markers.

The flowers and pins are from Wils orchid crafts, the swirls are a Marianne creatable die.

The Mr and Mrs sentiment is from the Do crafts anniversary set, I have stamped it onto the smallest scalloped oval nestie die and inked around the edge, the put a hole and hung 2 plastic hearts from my stash!

With Sympathy!

Well another dull day here in Sidmouth, but at least it isn't raining, yet!!  A friend of ours lost their father this week, so I made them a sympathy card to show we were thinking of them.  The bearly mine sketch was just what I neede for this as it was simply and uncomplicated.

Here it is.

Well There isn't much on the shopping list for this card!!

Black and white card, and a swirl embossing folder for the matting and layering.

I have used a do crafts 'with sympathy' stamp that I bought at Trago Mills for £1.  Knew it would come in handy one day!.  I have stamped it with versa mark and used black embossing powder and heat embossed it.  Then added 3 black pearl gems to the top and bottom of the panel.

Lucky!

Well good morning blogland.  Not so nice out there today, it's a bit misty here. Hopefully it will brighten up later today.  Did you all have a good weekend?  My lovely stash I bought with my £10 voucher win from http://www.kellyscraftincorner.blogspot.com/ stampin up came this weekend and I am looking forward to playing with it today!  Thank you Kelly.

And onto todays card

The bvacking paper is from K&Company calle ' Classic K McKenna'  I have matted the greens onto black card and paper, and the 2 other greens are from my stash.  I have used an embossing folder on teh dark green, and a Fiskars border punch on the black/green ribbon section going across the middle.

The cat stamp os from do crafts pampered pets range called 'Queen of cats'.  I have used versa mark ink and gold embossing powder to emboss the cat.  I have then cut it out using a Nellie Snellen multiframe die.  I have used the same versa ink and gold embossing pwder to decorate the edge.  Then I have used mini green gems to decorate the die cut and the cat.

The lucky sentiment stamp is from the greeting farm stamp set.  I have punched it out with a 1.5" circle punch.  Inked around the edge with green ink, then right on the edge with black ink.

Shaped card!

Well post 2 of the day and I have to be quick as I am going away for the weekend so this is tomorrows post half a day early!!

The shaped card is called Kitty cat from paper cellar.  I have used a background paper from Papermanis Capsule collection ' Mono Paper pack'.

I have used ribbon around the neck as a collar and added gems, then added a cat charm from my stash.

The cat has been stamped using one of the Do crafts pampered pets stamps called 'Queen of cats' and I have coloured it with pro markers and added some gems, then cut it out and attatched to the card with foam pads.

Spring fever

Good morning everyone  I can't believe it is Thursday already, half term is going so quickly I don't know where the time has gone.  Any way here is this mornings card.

The papers are from my stash, I am afraid I don't know who they are made by!

The yellow backing for the topper is from a Nellie snellen die ,and has been inked and had liquid pearls added.

The stamp is from docrafts spring time collection and has been coloured with pro markers.

The flower is a Marianne creatables die cut.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set and has been cut out with a nestabilities die.
