Guest design card for Daisy Doodles 'Red white and blue'

Good morning to you all!  I am not out of bed yet but hope the sun is shining on you wherever you are!  It is Monday again, which means it must be time for another challenge over at Daisy doodles and this Monday the challenge is 'Red white and blue'/Memorial day.

No backing papers for this little beauty, just an embossed centre panel, matted onto blue and red and a plain white card matted onto the same blue and red underneath.

I have used is called 'In the dog house' from here and I have coloured it with pro markers, cut it out and attathced with foam pads.

I have cut out 4 blue triangles and layered them onto red, faux stitched around in black and written home putting one letter on each banner.  I have threaded cross stitch thread though for an authentic look.

The flowersw are from an xcut punch, large and small, and the leaves have also been punched with a woodware punch.

Make sure you pop on over and check out the digi's at Daisy Doodles and join us with the challenge for the next 2 weeks.

And finally onto my DT card for today.

I have used a backing paper prom pink petticoats digi downloads, the embossed a square which I have cut into triangles then used a Fiskars lace punch down the centre edge.  I have then backed it onto silver mirror paper.

The image I have used is called Kissing Butterflies by Delicious doodles,  you will find her digi's in the store and she has some gorgeous ones.  I have cut her out with the largest nesties scalloped circle which I have inked with pink.  I then used versa mark ink around the edge and silver embossing powder to heat emboss the edge of the circle.  I have alternated oink and clear gems in the scallops.  The image has been coloured with pro markers and I have used Glossy accents on the wings of the fairy, earings and butterfly. the butterflies have all been decoupaged and I have added mini gems to decorate the image.

The swirls are Marianne creatables and I have added gems to the edges, The heart charm was from an old Bra set that had interchangeable straps that I never used.....

This strap is from the same set!  :o)  Us crafters never chuck anything out eh!?

So That's it!  Hope you like it.

Well this card is a simples one, No DP's just Embossing with a music embossing folder and stamping onto the pink paper with my Inkadinkadoo rockstar set.

The image is called 'Rock Chick' by Kenny K and I have coloured her with pro markers and cut her out, then attatched with foam pads.

The Sentiment is from the Inkadinkadoo set and has been stamped onto a Nellie Snellen multiframe die that I have inked and liquid pearled.

Cutie Pattootie!

Good afternoon all!  Well my 20 month old has decided that he no longer needs a sleep during the day so this is my one and only effort today!  Hope you all like it.

I have used Pink petticoat papers for the backing and inked around the edges of each layer for a distressed look.  I have attatched yellow ribbon to the top spotty layer.  The swirls are from Marianne creatables dies and the image is printed on a nesties square lace die cut which I have again inked for a distressed look.

The adorable image was another I found at Mo's digital pencil, she is called 'Baby fairy Flora'.  I have coloured her with pro markers and added glitter to the wings.

The flowers are again stamped with my find in my stash but I cannot find where I got it from!  I haved inked them in the same blue as the square, then coloured them with pro markers.  I have added the sentiment( I still haven't found which site i got this from) to the centre of one flower and a button for the centre of the other one.

Pastels

Good afternoon, hubbies back at work today so here is today's crafting so far!

The papers for this are freebies from a magazine I bought yesterday The stack is called Papercraft essentials Sweet wishes paper stack.  I have matted it with yellow paper and used a heart border punch on the bottome layer.

the image is from Karens doodles called 'fairy fun' and you can find it here  I have coloured her with pro markers and added gems on the flowers in hair and on shoes.  She is mounted onto scalloped circle nesties.

Closer picture.

this flower is a stamp!  I found it in my stash this morning as I was hunting for something else.  I got it free at a craft fair a couple of years ago when I bought something else and have never used it!!  I am so pleased with the outcome I think you will be seeing more of it!  I have added a button with thread for the centre.

The inside uses the same papers and nesties and of course the same flower.

The sentiment is a lili of the valley one and the little flowers stamped around theoutside are from a fizzy moon set.
