Buttons and Bows

Well I'm back!!  I hope you all had a lovely Easter and had lots of Chocolate!!  I had a very relaxing time at our home in Bude, No TV, No Card making stuff, Just read 3 books in 5 days!!  Was getting a bit  twitchy by the end though so am glad to be back among all my favourite toys!!   Hee Hee!  I got back yesterday unpacked and had to catch up on mt DT cards so you can't see them yet.  But I made this card this morning.  Hope you like it.
The sketch for this card was taken from Mojo Monday.  The backing papers are from Pink Petticoat. and I have used yellow card to layer the pieces.  A fiskars lace border punch was used down the side with pink ribbin tied around it and pearl gems added to the scallops
The image has been stamped using tuxedo black momento ink then coloured with pro markers.  The stamp is from Nellie Snellens Dawn range called DAWN-4  I have also used a Nellie Snellen multiframe die to stamp it on and inked around the edge.

The buttons are from my stash and I have used pink cross stitch thread to tied through them.

The flowers have been made using Xcut flower punches and pearl gems in the center.  The leaves have also been punched out.

I hope you like my first attempt at card making in a week!

I will be entering this card into the following challenges
http://papersundaes.blogspot.com/ 'Sparkle, Pearls, die,& yellow'
http://robynsfetishchallengeblog.blogspot.com/ '1,2,3' 1 image 2 papers 3 differen types of embellies
