Goodies from WestPoint Craft 4 Crafters!

Well had a great time at West point this morning with mum, spent lots of money I don't have as always!!  but hey it's only twice a year!

So anyway, here is today's card for you, just finished making it with one of my lovely new stamps!!

The backing papers are freebies from my stash that were in craft magazines.  Have been in there so long I couldn't tell you which one!  The white die cut oval is a Nellie Snellen multi frame die, that has been inked around the edge, then I have added self adhesive sticky gems.

The image is a Kraftin Kimmie stamp called the Swan Princess, I have coloured with pro markers and added glitter to the wings and the edge of the dress for a bit of sparkle.

The sentiment came with the stamp.

Thebutterflies have been made using 2 different size punches, clear and coloured parchment papers and sticky gems.

Guess who's 40!

Well it finally arrrived!  That dreaded birthday that no one wants.  Yep  I have finaly reached 40 and I am not happy!!    But mum was here for a visit, and I am going to the Craft 4 crafters show at Westpoint. Exeter tomorrow so there is always a silver lining!  And with mumbeing here I have finally managed to make this weeks Kenny K entry usually well done by today but have had a verysick boy at home with temperatures of 39.8!  Hope he feels better soon.

Anyway here is the card Imanaged to squeeze in today.

The backing papers are from Do crafts  Hanovarian Linen pack. The pink die cut doily is from a nellie snellen multi frame and has been inked with black.  the butterflies are from a punch.

The image is a kenny K glam gang image Queen's Cutie andhas been coloured with pro markers.  The die cut the image is sitting on is from Marianne creatables.

The flowers are from wild orchidand the leaves have been punched

The sentiment was printed on the computer and punched out with a circular 1" punch, then a nellie snellen circular doily die has been cut out in pink, then inked with black.

Please let me sleep!

Well I hope you are all well an totally rested.  Unfortunately I am not.! I have a 16month old son who doesn't need any sleep!  agHHHHH!  I was uptil 2 this morning with him, tried everything, then gave up and tried to go to bed and my darling hubby had to get up as he still wouldn't sleep and i think he finally got him to sleep at 3am!  He wouldn't sleep this morning, and I have finally got him to sleep at 12 noon today and tried to get a card done fora few challenges.  This is a very quick one as haven't had much time lately but here it is anyway.

Well the backing paper is just a plain piece of red card that I have stamped hearts onto with stazon. then I have inked around the edges. The other papers are ones I have had in my paper box for years!  The ribbon band has been punched with a heart boarder then a polka dot ribbon has been added to it.

The image is a lili of the valley stamp from their new range called 'the little things'  I have coloured it with pro markers.  the 2 hearts have been pucnhed out, inked and added with foam pads for a 3D effect.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid and the leaves have been punched out.

The sentiment is again from lili of the valley and came with the stamp, I have stamped it and die cut a cirlce, then inked and added some flourishes.

Hi All!

Had a lovely trip to Lyme Regis this afternoon with the family in our lovely New Blue Car!  Drives like a dream, although I will have to get used to the break as it is a little fiercer than our old one!!lol

Blue, White and silver!(Monochrome)

Good eveniing all.  We had a lovely sunny day here in Sidmouth today, and I even walked into town!  I enjoyed it on the way down, but those hills kill you on the way back up!!

So here is today's card.

The backing paper is some I have had in my stash for years! Have no idea where i got it from, but it is lovely.  It has a velvety feel on the flourishes.

The image is a Kenny K image (Lady Raven)and has been coloured with pro markers.

The flowers are from my stash, purchased at my last craft fayre and the leaves have been punched out of silver card.

The sentiment was printed on my computer, then cut out with a nellie snellen heart die, then inked around the edges.

The charm was one of my many purchase from bay!

Things with wings!

Well what another rainy day it has been!  Could someone please turn off the tap?!
Here is a card I have been working on for the lili of the valley challenge, something with wings.  I was hoping to use the new stamps I ordered from them forthis one but they haven't arrived yet!  Booo Hooo!  I still love this fairy stamp though.

Well here is another Kenny K challenge entry, I have used the sketch layout from the  'bearly mine' blog challenge.

The backling papers are freebies from a magazine and I have just used black paper to matt them.  I have used a 2 nestability circular scalloped die cuts for a base for the main image to sit on and I have embossed the top red die with a swirls embossing folder.

The image is 'Prisoner of Love' From Kenny K downloads, which I have coloured with pro markers.

The Love sentiment has been printed on my computer using a free font from free font downloads.  I have cut it out with a nestability die and inked the edges and embellished with red gems of differing sizes.   The roses are from my stash, have had them forever, so no idea where i got them from! and the leaves have been punched out of black paper.

Two posts in one day!  What is going on?! lol

This card has been made using the sketch from lili of the valley.  The backing papers are freebies from a magazine.

The image is also from lili of the valley and I have coloured it with pro markers.  I have used some mini gems for the buttons.  The image has been stamped onto a nestabilities scalloped circle die cut, then the circle has been inked and I have used pearl liquid to create the dot effect.

The flowers are from Wild orchid and the leaves have been punched.

The sentiment has been printed on the computer then punched out with a circular punch, inked, then I have added 6 gems to embellish.
