So onto today's project, and I call it a project because for once its not a card!. It's an altered Notebook.
Well where do I start? I was lucky enough to be able to use the 'Garden fairies pack' for this project Just click on the lick it will take you straight to it. The papers are stunning and I have used the pinkish/purpleish ones to go with the fairy, printed them onto photo paper for a shiny look and layered them on plack paper. I have then used a fiskars border punch to do the border. Before sticking the bottom layer on the front panel down I have used pink cross stitche thread and wrapped it aroud the panel.
The fairy is just gorgeous and I have printed her 4 more times and decoupaged her. I have tied black and pink ribbon to the spirals and have used a longer piece of black ribbon to use as a page marker and have used pearlgems on the paper lace ribbon.
Here is the back panel a little closer and I have kept everything flat on here or you wouldn't be able to write!! :o)
here is the docoupaged fairy
These flowers were all part of the kit, I have printed them out in different sizes, cut them out, attatched them with silicon, used a black pearl gem for the center and punched out black leaves and die cut 2 shiney black swirls.
I hope you like it!
