New Baby!

It is not as nice outside today, here comes the rain again.

Here is today's card for you.

The sketch is from The sugar bowl and the theme is from Totally papercrafts.

I have used the dots embossing folder on the white circle die cut from nestabilities dies, I have the wrapped a piece of sewing thread around it to create the 2 lines.

The image was stamped onto plain white card then cut out with a nellie snellen die multiframe die.  The samped image is from Sugar Nellie, but i have lost the packaging so i don't know the name.  I have coloured the image with pro markers.

The sentiment was printed on my computer then cut out with the small nestabilities scalloped oval die .

I have used pearl flat backed gems for the corners, and a small baby feet charm that I have hung off the thread.

Circles!

What a beautiful sunny morning it is today.  Haven't been outside yet but I bet it's colder than it looks!!
Well here is today's card for you, early I know, but I had time to make it yesterday and I am posting it while I eat my breakfast!

The papes are from K & Company called 'Hopscotch boy papers, and I have layered with a kHaki green paper and punched around the edges in the center panel.

Well this Fab digistamp is from Kenny K Glam gand set 1 and is called 'Troublemaker'

 

The flower is from Marianne creatables, and the centre I have punched out with a scalloped circular punch, inked around the edge and added the Best wishes sentiment from do crafts sentiment stamps.

These circles are a 1" punch, the naughty and nice are stamps froma greeting farm set, the ' but ' I had to write myself(hope it doesn't look too different!)

Spring is nearly here. I hope!!!

Well how are you all on this very wet and windy Sunday afternoon.  I have had a little time while my eldest has gone to a birthday party this afternoon to make this card to enter into a couple of challenges.  I have had this stamp for a while, but it is the first time I have used it!  Hope you all like it.

The papers I have used are freebies from a magazine and they are called 'Quite contrary summer papers' by My minds eye.

The stamp is called 'Bunny with flowers' by Sugar Nellie.

I have coloured it in with pro markers.

The flowers as usual are from Wild Orchid and the leaves are punched.

The Sentiment is from do crafts forever friends spring collection,  and I have used Nestabilities dies for both white bases.

Valentine!

Well the sun tried to come out yesterday, but didn't last for long and it looks like it is going to be the same again today!  Just as well my youngest son has the chicken pox and we can't go anywhere!

So I am a bit more organised this week and have managed to make my Kenny K challenge entry at the beginning of the week as usual.  Hope you like it!

The sketch for this card is from 'Sketch and stash' I am not sure if I am still in time to enter in this challenge or not!  The glitter card I have had in my stash for I don't knowhow long!  The 3 red panels have been embossed with a small heart embossing folder, the large black panel has been embossed with a larger heart embossing folder.  The heart the image is sitting on is a sizzix large die.

The image is 'Miss Fortune'  from Kenny K  Gothik Angelz.  I have coloured it with pro markers

The hearts I have pucnhed out using a do crafts heart punch.

Who's a cute little Guinea then?

I hope you are all well on this Tuesday morning.  I recently got this beautiful House of Mouse stamp 'Pampered Guinea' at the Craft 4 crafters show and I have just had the chance to use it.  It is beautiful to use so easy to stamp with and the image is crystal clear.

Here is the card I have made with it.

The backing paper is one from my stash, along with the doily that I have inked around the edge with purple ink.

The flowers are again from Wild Orchid and the flourish is a die cut from Marianne creatables

The image has been stamped with memento tuxedo black ink, then coloured with pro markers.

Wedding Invitations!

Well how is everyone on this day of very mixxed up weather?  One minute it is sunny the next rainig.  I don't think it knows what to do out there.

Anyway, no challenge entries today, but I have been asked to make up some samples for wedding invitations, so I thought you might like to have a look at those. Have done 2 at the moment, and if she doesn't like these I will do up some more! I would be very greatful if you could all give me your opinions on these as they are the first ones I have done!


Card 1

I have used an embossing folder for the white card and layered with black, I have used Nellie Snellen Multiframes for the Wedding Invitation sentiment.

The insert has been printed on the computer then layered onto black card with ribbon put through a hole in the top. I have punche the edge of a triangle and fitted inside for the insert to go into.I have used more embossed card then black ribbon and a ribbon slider to complete it.

I have used a different embossing foldert o create the base for the center panel, a ribbon and ribbon slider to go around the panel, and a Nellie Snellen Multiframe to cut out the Wedding Invitation Sentiment.

As before the insert was created on the computer then layered onto black card. and the corners have been punched.

A triangular piece of card has been punched with a heart boarder punch then added to the inside of the card for the invitation to sit in.

I'm soooo late with this one!!

Hello everyone on this very windy, dull and cold Saturday afternoon.  Just sent my oldest son off to a birthday party with his father and was set for a nice quiet afternoon and lo and behold my youngest( who had only been asleep for half an hour!) decided he would wake up just 2 minutes after they had gone out the door!   Blaaaah!  He is now in his puschair watching disney hoping he will fall asleep again.  Wish me luck!!!

So here is today's creation although I am soo late with this.  I usually have my Kenny K entry done at the beginning of  the week but this one has been done in the last hour!

The backing papers I have used are a mixture of Minds eye spring collection , Do crafts Hanovarian Linen paper pack and Do crafts piece of cake collection. 

The image is of course a Kenny Kiernan stamp called Maddison Attitude.  It has been colored with pro markers, I have added Tan flock to the fur and a small gem for her earing.

The sentiment is from do crafts and i have layered it onto a nellie snellen multiframe

The flowers are again from wild orchid.

A fairy Wish for you!

Well It is a very dull and cloudy day today, and unfortunately my youngest son, Jake has now come down with the Chicken Pox!  I just got one son back to school after a nasty bug, was home for 4 days plus the weekend in between, and now he is likely to get the old CP as he has never had it.  AGGGHHH!

Anyway enough about me and my brood, here is todays card, would have been pisted yesterday but am having problems with internet access at the moment. 

The backing papers are again freebies from magazines(I am going through them all and trying to use them up, I have LOADS!!)  The Sketch I have used for the design is from Creative Inspirations Blog Challenge.

The Image has been stamped using memento ink and then coloured using pro markers.  I have added a few gems on the skirt and some glitter to the wings for a bit of sparkle.

The Flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts, and the leave have been punched

The sentiment has been created on my computer then punched out using a circle

Happy Birthday!

Well my son has a Birthday to go to at the weekend, so I have combined the birthday card with a few challenges!  Not normally this organised tho!

The backing paper is a freebie from an old magazine, and the circles are nestabilities scalloped circles.

The image has been coloured with pro markers(my medium of choice at present!)

The charm is from my stash, and the number 5 is a sizzix letter die

The star is also a sizzix die, and the sentiment is from cuddly buddly.
